Vicious Diamond Goby

I just saw my Diamond Goby rip a red-legged hermit crab in my tank. Is this normal behavior for the Diamond Goby? I'm asking b/c I need to increase my cleanup crew and don't want to buy more red-legged hermits if he's just gonna pillage through them. Also, i've noticed that some of my fish are missing parts of their back fins. I have emerald crabs in the tank. Do you think they might be the problem?

haha, well i like the guy and i wanna keep him. It's in a 120 Gal.

If anything, my black blenny takes over the tank. My diamond is as nice as the sand he filters

I watched my Diamond Goby suck down a hermit crab that had crawled out of his shell for a second. Not sure why he crawled out, there wasnt any more empty shells around for him to be transferring to. Either way, that Goby eats EVERYthing.

He ate every last feeder shrimp I tossed in the tank, I've seen him chow down on the occasional pod caught crawling around on the sand in the lights......
