really? I've never even seen a pic that looks anything close to the one on their site. And from what I've read this coral is one that really only looks good top down. I assume you saw the mother colony in person?

I have it. Very slow grower. Seems to be a tough one to get to color up.

How long have you had it?

I would hold off on buying it. At least until you hear others have good luck on coloring it up first. I've had mine for at least 4 to 5 months now.

Mike have you tried it up top high in your tank yet? I need to move mine up and see if that will help it to color up.

I have not.right now i have about 20-25" from the bulb.. run 400w radiums..
where do you keep urs?

I don't have any pics of it. It's still on the small side. And since it's not colored up. Just haven't taken one yet.

vivid aquariums says it should be kept with Metal halides or can you get by with T5's with just this kind of coral?
