picked up my new MP40 from ABC last friday, went to adjust it last nite only to find it had blown a led, i called customer service and had to leave a message,today they called back, and after a 2min conversation a new driver is on the way, no questions asked,VERRY COOL!!

2 companies always stood out above the rest in my experiences... Ecotech was one and AquaC was the other (they sent a free collection cup for a skimmer I bought secondhand. Didn't even pay shipping!)

I dropped a washer down the drain when I was cleaning the wet side. I was explaining to the rep what I needed and they sent me out all brand new fittings (washer, nut etc.) for free not just the missing washer. Top notch.

I had a similar experience with Rapid LED. I got a PAR38 and it stopped working 2 days after using it. They shipped out a new one the next day before I even sent mine back!

Ecotech Marine has some of the best customer service in this hobby! An added bonus is that the warehouse in PA isn't very far so shipments usually arrive within a day or two after being sent.
