Vortech Placement in a 90

I have 2 Vortechs. An MP40 (always had and has alway been in the same place) and MP10 (new to me). How should I place them. Below is how I have them initially set up. I plan on running them on anti-sync (would like your input as well). where is the best place for me to put the MP10 or should I move the MP40.

I would place them high up (as high up as possible without creating whirlpools from the surface. This is to achieve the greatest surface agitation.

Place them exactly opposite each other. The idea being that the flow should reverse entirely at different points of the day. If you have different flow patters on each side of the tank it will increase the chance that corals will grow out in strange shapes.
