Vortech Stalling

My Vortech seems to stall every 12-24 hours. It worked fine for the first 6 months. When it does stall, I have a steady red and a flashing green light. Sometimes, unplugging the AC/backup power and replugging works and other times I have to remove wetside. Nothing seems worn out and there are no obvious signs of any problems. Any thoughts?

I'm having this same exact problem, except that it seems to be stalling sooner than the 12-24 hours.

Although not dirty or calcified - I gave the wet side a good cleaning last night, but had to unplug and replug the unit this morning to get it restarted and just came home to a stalled pump.

Any help/suggestions appreciated....

I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the pump. Please contact our service department at service@ecotechmarine.com.

It's best to have the problematic pump in hand before we diagnose problems, as there are a variety of factors that could cause a stall.

I dropped mine off at IceCap and Ron updated my driver since mine was one of the first ones sold. It hasn't stalled once since I got it back weeks ago.
