VSL5 Cable extender info

Hey Guys,

I know the VSL5 cable extender says it works for powerbars and lighting, but I haven't seen mention about the tunze cables.

I have two TunzeStream6201 in my display tank that I want to control via the profilux. The display tank is 6m or ~30ft from the profilux.

Can I use VSL5 to extender cable to cross the greatest distance, then a the YL2-1 and a tunze1 and tunze2 cable?

ok cool, so I have 3 tunze total. one in the garage and 2 in the display tank.


Can I split things up like this:

Y splitter from L3L4 port:

one outlet of the Y is a tunze 1 cable, the other outlet is a VSL5 cable.

Then at the end of the VSL5 I'd put another Y splitter, and from one outlet a tunze1 and the other a tunze2 cable.



would that work properly so that the tunze in my garage would be the same as one of the ones in the display (tunze1)? I just want it to mimic one of the display tunzes so that I don't need to use another L port (maxing out the ones I have already )
