Wait after Brooklynella

Well its now been 5 weeks since my (total) wipeout from brook, I have read many threads on how long to wait to introduce new fish to the system and it varies from every site (a month to 12 weeks) does anyone know how long the parasite takes to die off?

Has anyone had brook before and when did you start to restock?

If the temperature of the tank was around 80F, then give it another week or so. If it was 75F or below, give it another two weeks.

The Brook lifecycle is similar to Crypt, so a 5-6 week fallow period should be sufficient.
