I have a ton of little nassarius snails and these tonga bastards are eating them. I heard they were good for cleaning the substrate, but they don't seem very active at all in my tank....except for pulling the small snails off the glass and eating them. if nobody wants them, I'm going to take them back to the store and see if they will give me a little credit for them.

Yeah, the little ones seem to spend a lot of time on the glass, which surprised me. But these Tongas are boring monsters that are making snacks of the smaller ones. I think my hermits have discovered them as food also, but I'm not sure if the hermits are only eating ones that have died or if they are actually killing them.

Heh. Sorry. Did not mean to imply they were. I strongly suspect one of the multiple frags I added from the frag swap.
I figured you didn't mean to imply it and that's why I got the email and then you edited the post. No offense was taken, so don't worry about that.
I've got two of the big tongas. One is about 2" and the other is about 1.5".
I also have a bunch of the small nassarius snails that are about 1/2" long. I would trade some for a frag or two. Let me know what you have and how many snails you'd want for it...or we can work out a cash price if you want. I'd just rather get fun stuff than plain old boring money.
I've got mainly zoas, palys, a couple candy canes, etc. I did just recently buy my first tricolor SPS. I've got calcium and alkalinity under control now, and have 750w of halides, so I may move a little further into SPS...but I'm open to about anything that is bright and colorful. And of course something that will grow well and have good demand for trading in the future would be great. Zoas are really still my personal favorite though. Got anything that fits that bill?Okey dokey, what kind of frags are you looking for? Are you wanting SPS, LPS, shrooms, gorgonians, etc,etc? Just let me know I am sure I got something I could chop up for you.
How about I come by your place with the snails and we work something out? I'll probably be tied up all day wednesday, but anything after that would be fine. I'd like to get rid of these ASAP though. If you're out in my neck of the woods, you're welcome to come by and get them and then we'll work out a trade or payment in the next few days.
