Want Peacock Mantis, where can I get one?

I want to get a Peacock Mantis, hopefully at least 2" long. Anybody know where I can find one?

Check with all the saltwater dealers in town, sometimes they can order them in (sometimes).

They have them listed on their shrimp page. Last time I emailed them they had one in stock. I have never ordered from them though.

Atlanta has been getting peacock mantis lately. Our local dealer in Montgomery, AL has had 2 this month.

most lfs can get one in but you will have to ask as not many places get them in very often ( not a huge market for them yet) there is still more money to be made by collecting corals rather than mantis.
but ask and im sure they can help!

my lfs call me whenever he finds a mantis in some lr now and gives them to me for free. i got a great one just last nite which was a beutiful green colour. ive got my last 5 for free so far.
its always pays to be buddy buddy with your local fish supplier.

I work at a LFS and I know the dealers that get Mantis. Come to think of it only one does carry them atleast that I know of. Thats how I got mine. I took him in his original shipping bag. Work did not want him in a store tank at all. Wonder Why?

The dealer is Quality Marine Wholesale only. Have to go throught the LFS to get them.
