Hello to reefer's. who under the reef. Has the new K2 WARNER MARINE SKIMMER'S. And how do you rate it I am in the market for a new skimmer?

I am curious as well...A couple of people supposedly have recieved thier skimmers, but it seems like actual user information is pretty limited???

The one that mojo~ tested was the first of many prototypes. The production model is head and shoulders above it in quality and design.

yea I had the production model to sell in a raffle and the new one is better. Really nice unit.

Contact Warner Marine and he can direct you to the dealer closest to your location. I know online they can be ordered at Salty Critter and Aquarium Specialty. Both are RC sponsors.

For those that have recieved thiers, how are they performing? Is this skimmer meeting your expectations? How do they compare to other skimmers that u have usd in the past? Any help is appreciated....

I have one and I have to say I'm less than impressed. my cup doesn't lock into place, it just spins around. its still breaking in, but seems to be making nice foam.

hi Valillagorila check to make sure the oring is in the neck . if you stil have an issue I am sure Jon warner himself will take care of any issue you have. And to be honest, he would like to hear from you if there is any issue. I know mine locked in place but not to say something happened.

I may have been a little harsh. I spoke to Jon and this is a easy fix, I just need a bigger o-ring. on the positive side I've been running mine for just over 24 hrs and its really making a nice dense foam head. it looks really frothy :D
