The more i read the main reefkeeping article on V dosing the more i think its an 02 issue

No specific knowledge on Oxygen needs of snails here either, but I've seen them shipped hundreds to a tiny bag with nothing more than a moist paper towel in there with no ill effects. My temptation is to say they aren't as sensitive as fish can certainly be.

For the record i have an orp meter and will monitor the fluctuation throughout the day
As of 10:13 this morning it reads 225 have not dosed V yet.

this could be on the low side, we'll see if it decreases and by how much after dosing V
