wat is in my sand bed?

i was inspecting my sand bed last night and i saw that there are many creatures down there. would anyone mind explaining wat is good and wat is bad with a discription. i saw some worm like creatures with legs and antenas, and then there were just bugs that just ran around the sand. anythiing you can add is appreciated

not too sure about the worm w/legs and antenas. Positive thats what it had and it wasnt just a bristleworm (bristles have little "spikey" things all over).

The other bugs are most likely just pods but without any description its too hard to tell. But they're good to have.

probably a spaghetti worm or something. I wouldn't worry about it. Most likely it's beneficial to the system.

Most worms are good,i once had a worm i was not able to idenyify that was biting my elegance coral in the sand.It to had antenas and legs,were most of my other worms (many) do not have antenas or much for noticable legs.It walked very fast not slithered like a worm.I purchased atrap and baited for removal.
