Watanabei - swimbladder problems

I just received a female Watanabei from LA and she's currently in the acclimation bucket kind of bobbing up and down with her face out of the water. I know these fish are quite prone to swim bladder issues...does anyone know of anything I can do to help her? Thanks!

It appears that my female watanabei was just wanting out of the bucket and into the tank. She's in the tank now and is doing quite well, though a little shy, but that can be expected. I suppose I jumped to conclusions and made a hasty post, but if time is of the essence with an illness I would've rather gotten a jump on it
