Water Conditioners needed for Hyposalinity?

Hello experts,

What water conditioners are important for emergency situation? For example, I want to set up a hospital tank in an emergency situation to treat ICK using hyposalinity method.

1. I set up my 40g breeder with RO/DI water
2. add salt to bring salinity up to match with display tank 1.025
3. What water conditioners do I need to add? Kent marine PH buffer? Kent pro buffer Dkh? I am lost on this step 3.
4. slowly dropping salinity to 1.009

I need help on what water conditioners are needed in step 3 and what brands would you recommend.

Any commercial buffer will work: Aquarium Systems, Seachem, Kent, etc.
