water pump for skimmer

I recently bought a used remora pro. The pump I am using is a Rio Hyperflow 12f. It is rated at 750gph at 1 ft. Anyone know how this pump compares to a mag-5? Should I switch? I would think if this pump was rated at 750 gph I would be getting alot more flow.

I would ask the manufacturer. Sometimes, more flow is good. The Mag-5 is rated at 500 gph.
