Water Volume Ideas

Ladies And Gentleman,

I am cycling a 20Long tank in my bedroom (my wife is thrilled) and I wanted to add more water volume to the system without hooking it up to my main display system (anemones, yikes).

Any ideas how i can do this without spending more than $100 bucks... Keep in mind, I have no overflow, c-siphon or pumps. I do have a berlin turbo pump from my old skimmer that I use for water changes. I was thinking about making a refugium as well in this volume of water.

consider running a separate refugium in a plasic tote--if you can raise it higher then the display tank--like on a shelf then gravity will return the water and a maxijet will be enough to pump it out of the display tank.

plastic tote 10 bucks
maxijet 20 bucks
reef rubble and cheato 20 buck

there you go--under a 100:D
