Wave Box on Large Tank?

I need some help with my new wave box and extension. I have 600 gallons of water to move. The tank is 8'Lx4'Wx3'D.

I thought that longer tanks produce larger waves? I am only at 1/4" wave height. What could I be doing wrong?

Also, should the controller shut down by itself after about an hour or so of use?

What is the longest tank on record using the wave box and extension box?

Thanks for the help.

*ft should not be a problem I think you have set up a double wave, it should be one wave crest on one end trough on the other, you just need to adjust the timing. Did you switch the internal jumper to synchron? Both should be on one end with the controller in synchron mode.

The jumper is on synchron. I started it again and now have a 1" wave but it is at the lowest setting.

Problem 1. After a few minutes the controller turns off and does not alternate between red and green light and the wave stops. I waited almost an hour and it has not turned back on. Is this normal?

That shouldn't be happening, are you sure the food timer is not being pressed and the photo cell if connected is firmly attached and getting light?

Food timer is not being pressed and photo cell is NOT connected. I can get up to a 1" wave but before I can adjust to get a larger wave the system shuts off.

No, the power stays on. The Red light does not alternate with the Green. Pumps shut off in the wave boxes.
