Wave Box problem for Roger

Hey Roger, I run 2 wave boxes on my 475 and have been very happy with them. 1 of the boxes stopped working today so I took it out and cleaned everything. The pump works fine but as soon as I hook it up to the controller on either master or slave to pulse it totally shuts off. Can you tell me what the problem is? The unit is 8 months old. Thanks for your help. Other box is working fine.

Mark, i think you will need to send your pump in so Roger could fix the problem for you. This is something has to be done by 'THE MAN". If you need a pump to run in your tank in the mean time, hit me up on Sunday and i will let you borrow one of my wavebox pump.

Sorry about that, the way this forum works, if I didn't respond, I get no more notices of posts after the first posts, so I never saw any of your bumps. I basically get one chance to see it. Steve is correct, it sounds like a bad bump, it has stopped responding to the controller, likely do to a short. Send me the pump only and we will replace the motor-
