Wavebox double wave

Roger,
Recently upgrade 96x30x24 tank with wavebox extention. I've got frequency adjusted to produce 1 large wave. The extention made big diferance on wave height! Question I had was, would you get better volume of water movment with the 1 large wave or double wave. Have mostly lps, softies and clams. Just trying to use the equipment to the best benifit of the inhabitants . If i need to go to double wave would the frequency be half of the current setting, i.e. pumps cycle twice as slow?

The opposite actually- pump cycles 2* as fast. In theory both waves generate the same volume of water movement but the single wave will have a higher velocity of movement and lift more debris.
