Wavebox placement

Roger, I'm getting a 72x24x30 deep tank that is made from 1'' thick acrylic. I have ordered a wavebox two 6100's and the new controller. Since the tank is thicker than recomended for magnets I need to know the hole size and spacing for the mounting brackets so I can cut holes thru the bracing on the top. My plan is to mount the wavebox on the right side next to the back of the tank. Do you agree with this and where would you mount the 6100's. The tank will be primarily for SPS's.

I haven't opened one of the final waveboxes to see exactly what the rail spacing is. I don't want to give you wrong info. Basically you will have to drill cut two 1" notches near the edge to mount it but I would wait until it arrives to get the exact spacing. The unit I have is a prototype and relatively crude. The placement sounds fine just be sure their aren't a lot of rocks right in front of it. I might actually move it slightly forward and fit the Stream beind it and place both streams in the back corners and the wavebox just in front of the one on the right side.
