Wavebox with an attitude

Ok I have had my Waveboxfor about 18 mos I had it for about 6 mos before pump number one went bad so I sent it to Roger and he got me a new one. IT took about 4 mos till it actually made it back into a tank and now 8 mos later its dead again now its making the squeal like a snail is stuck in it only there isn't anything there its perfectly clean and the impeller spins freely
