I have a 33gallon long aquarium 48"x12"x12" with a 20gallon long sump.
Just getting back in the hobby and looking to do a mostly fish and softies and maybe a few euphyllia.

Current equipment: Marine depot elite overflow S (same as eshopps eclipse)
ice cap k2-50 skimmer, 2x aquaknight led, aqueon pro 100w heater, jebao dcp-2500 return pump. 40lb of caribsea aragonite dry sand, and about 35lb of caribsea shapes/real reef dry rock.

I'm needing a wave maker under $150. I'm torn between a icecap gyre 1k and the reef breeders RP-M. Was planning to do a single on on the opposite side as the sump return, would either be fine by itself or am I better off going for two jebao OW-10's?

My gyre 250 will easily blow the sand out of the corners of my 180. I run them in single pump mode while I clean the other but turn the flow up.

The amount of flow they produce is amazing. That's what I would go with
