On my 620 I'd do it in a heartbeat, because it's never given me trouble. On my 1100, never. Because it has problems starting up even when I DON'T run a wavemaker. .
Don't do it. You'll need Seio's wavemaker. Ended up with a cracked ceramic shaft from stopping and starting constantly and now I have to screw w/ the powerhead to get it going b/c I haven't replaced the shaft yet.
The seio wavemakers are out now but are very hard to find in stock. Also I think they only support the larger Seios. I think the 620 and 820 are supported.
Sorry I actually meant I think the 620 and 820's are not supported.
