I'm looking to mod 4 MJ900's and hook them up to a wavemaker but I'm not sure which one to go with?

Heres what I've been looking at

Red Sea Wavemaster Pro Wave Maker

Natural Wave Timer

Coralife Power Center - Day/Night Timer or Wavemaker Timer

Chauvet (suggested in DIY forum)

Are there anyones I'm missing

I'm only looking for wavemakers that I can hook my PH's up to NOT streams, wavebox, sea swirls ect.

The Red Sea is the most expensive but is there anything that makes it stand out from the others?

Any input would be appreciated

I would definitly recommend the Red Sea, which is the one that I use. I've never been a fan of their products, but I feel that their wavemaker is one of the best out there. I can't name all the features, but it has a feed button, which temporarily turns of the ph's so fish can feed. It also has a day/night wave cycle to mimic natural wave action, and it also has about 6 different wave programs for your ph's. I'm sure you can read more about it on Red Sea's website.

I really like my wavemaster pro, its great, and the feeding switch is great because it will automaticly turn back on after a while if you forget to turn it back on.

I heard the day/night is a gimic and doesnt really happen, and the 'softstart' isnt ture either it works best with maxi jets and will break a seio, but none the less its great.

I'm not sure that it's a gimick, I dont know where you heard that. Most upper end wavemakers have a day/night cycle, which I believe is a documented phenomena.

I have the naturalwave timer (along with a SCWD on my main return). It does fine for adding some extra randomness in my tank when combined with the SCWD returns. I like that it has "extra" plugs for other various items. Not the most expensive nor impressive item out there, but it works (and it is priced right for my budget).

On the night cycle, the powerheads do not turn on and off as rapidly. During the day cycle, the powerheads turn on and off rapidly creating a more chaotic flow.

The Red Sea Wavemaster Pro unit never impressed me. Some of the outlets went out, although I heard recently that this could be fixed (too late, in the trash)

I replaced it with the Reef Fanatic unit, which you can get at Premium Aquatics, and which I have been happy with so far (2-3 years).

Only bad thing about the Reef Fanatic is you can hookup 3 PH's and one Main Pump. I need to hook up 4 PH's and am running my Main Pump on a different timer w/ my lights.

The Natrual Wavemaker can only run 3 PH's aswell but its cheap enough were I could buy 2 and hook up my other equipment to the spare outlets.
