web like slime on clown?

does anyone know what a web like slime would be on a perc would be??? found him down for the count when i got home from work. ammonia .25 or less. salt level 1.024. everyone else in the tank (yellow tang, green chromis, scissortai lgoby and different leathers) are all ok

The ammonia can kill the fish. Get it down to zero. Is this a new tank? If the ammonia is zero and the fish is new then you should read up on brooklynella.
