Weird growth

What is the reason for my coralline algae growing like this? It grows great everywhere except the top 4 inches or so. What could this be from? I have 2 current usa ic loop 48" fixtures with a 48" aquaticlife dual t5 bulb fixture in between the current usa lights they are all about 3 inches above the water. My only guess is too high of a par that the coralline won't grow. I did have a monti that was bleaching about 8 inches under water that I moved lower and is recovering slowly.

It's probably the way the light hits the glass, darker on the top.
Nothing to worry about.
