I got a very, very nice heavy duty surge protector from my dad for Christmas. I did mention that I needed a surge protector to my dad a few weeks ago. Here is a picture.

The tank cracked. I was able to save everything except 1-2 fish. Here are a few pictures of the tank. Crack was from the top all the way to the bottom. The duck tape saved me! It cut down 80% of the flow coming from the tank.

The tank cracked on 02/27/2010. It cracked at 10:30 pm.

Idk, it just cracked. No one hit it or anything. I got the tank from a local person. I down graded, from 300 gallons down to a 25 gallon DT, or 36 gallon system. Look at my signature, Current Tank Info, shows all the tanks I currently have.

Thats the worst that can happen to a reefer. Im sorry to hear man. Can you give more detail on what happened and maybe take some pics.

Everything survived except a few fish and a few sps corals.
