whenyou ship your rock and say 10 pounds does that mean 10 pounds of rock DRY or 10 pounds of rock with water in the box with it ? ( ui know u ship your stuff wet)

You'd get 10 pounds of rock and then the extra weight would be the water and packaging.
Do you have to have it shipped? It will cost and arm and a leg for such a small amount. The airlines charge a minimum of 100lbs...even if it weighs less. Unless you live nearby and can pick it up at the store, it wouldn't really pay to just get 10lbs of rock.

but "the paclage" is just so expensive and iv seen ur thread and w/ all the pest u guys got. id rather store 10 lbs of rock in a tank and add it after i fully inspeact it to the big tank w/ dead rock

That's fine, you could do that no problem....but it would be a lot less expensive if you could go to their store to pick it up vs. having 10lbs of rock shipped to you.
