Wet thumbs GB

I would have been glad to grab it from the hub, I am only about 6 miles from DIa. But quit frankly this has been really disorganized and no one really knew what was going on until today, and at that it still seemed a little jumbeled for the Denver folks. Charlie, it seems like you had a good handle on the north people, but the Denver order was going to be held up for another week because one person told Tina to hold our half of the order. Its this type of mis-communication that makes some group buys difficult to get in on.

So whatever is decided I am just along for the ride at this point.

Yes the cutoff is midnight tonight, as per my instructions above put in the comments box, MASC group buy Colorado, and put whos box you want it to go in, Mike's or Charlies.

OK, again, I already ordered. At the time when I ordered, it was just one shipment, maybe two if we got enough people. So there was no communication as to how we'd handle the two separate shipments. Should I just email her and tell her to put my order with the "Charlie Shipment" I'm assuming?
 
Just make a new order and and pay for it like it is a normal order and add the above comments in the comments box.

Make a new order? What if one of the items I ordered is gone? Plus I'd have to cancel my previous order. I'm just going to email and hope I hear something back. I'm beginning to wonder about canceling my entire order at this point, lol.
 
Millhouse, just make a new order for the NEW ADDITIONAL items that you want, like it is a regular order, because it is. She will add it to the shipment for tomorrow.

Is this making sense?
 
Picking up what you are putting down now. I was just worried about my previous order.

Luckily for me, Charlie is on point! I got my email back from them and my order will be with his stuff. I might be adding some more tonight!

I assumed this would be here in the morning on wed.!! I have to be back in the Springs by 3:30. Mike can you get this from the hub? If not can someone else from the Springs pick this up if it comes in late?
 
I have it being shipped to the Arvada hub in fedex. I will pickup as soon as its there. Here is what I have being sent to me

Charlie, I talked to her a little while ago and asked about a coral that she had at one point, but then they showed they were sold out of it. She told me that they had more and would update the the website to reflect this. 5 minutes later she called me back and said she added it to the site and to go ahead and order it and she would add it to the shipment, no problem. Its not that confusing, she is holding the order open until midnight for any stragglers.
 
Im glad we could give Tina(wetthumbs ) the business b4 the holidays! We all know that times are rough to be spending $ on our hobbie and to have our GB well over the $600 mark! I wouldnt have been able to do it w/o all of our local reefers up and down the front range!
 
Sorry if I confused others with my confusion. My question wasn't in regards to what do I do with my new order, but how will she know what goes where in the existing one. But Charlie took care of it for me ;) Out of curiosity what was the added coral? I really like that tropicana one but it's been sold out. I want to add one more coral dunno what to add.
 
Mill house no worries, maybe I wasn't clear with what I was saying. I ended up getting the Americana, #674. Awesome piece.
