What Anemone would be best for me?

Hey all,

Im doing some research on some future inhabitants for my tank. The tank is 18" tall( 55 gals) with two 250 watt halides. There will be quite alot of flow going on in the tank. Is there an anemone that will tolerate/like high flow/strong light? As for the anemone, I prefer anemones with longer tentacles(I dont like the BTA's as much ). Thanks alot for any help you can give me!

For a first anemone, BTAs in a color you like are really the best bet. Mine don't mind the flow from 3xTunze Streams at all.
