Im not looking for plugs or anything like that... im just curious...

Why do you like them? Which sites do you feel are more customer friendly?

I personally like the layout of reefgeek and DSQ... It's much more simple...

LiveAquaria is a jumbled mess!

liveaquaria has some of the best livestock along with blue zoo IMO . i have purchased many fish from both of them and their packaging ,livestock and guarantee is unbeatable .
check out the divers den at liveaquaria as they are" what you see is what you get ",complete with pictures .

My favorite for drygoods has been Bulkreefsupply. I've also ordered stuff from Premium Aquatics through Dave in the past and been happy with them also.

mrcoral.com has a $10 section with hundreds of nice looking frags, including some limited edition stuff. He has free shipping at only $125. AquaSD also gets some nice cherries in every now and then. I have bought from 10-12 different online retailers, and I honestly havent had any trouble.

davesaquastock has been my favorite for dry goods. I really haven't ordered much livestock online except through group buys. I hear nothing but good things about liveaquaria and have my eye on some fish from them after the New Year.

Daves aquastock seems to be the best for me for dry goods and livestock. They have some really nice zoa aswell.

All my bulk reef and dry goods salt food etc from davesaquastock along with corals livestock and equipment. You can order online or in store and pick up upon arrival or have shipped direct to home. I enjoy browsing his coral selection when I need things and usually grab a frag or two each trip.

Excellent responses guys and gals!!!

I like davesaquastocks simplicity and "top searches"

I love liveaquaria product service and shipping gars... but the site gives me a headache with all of the random links and specials banners...

What are some sites that you may not use or ordered from but like the website's setup and ease of access?

I personally love the DSA website ... previous Oceanic owners as you probably know already... have made a great solid website... not hard to navigate and great looking as well!

Food for thought...

I've been pretty happy with Marine Depot over the years. They have an above average website, with lots of product reviews, good selection of products, and prompt shipping.

Most of my orders are with Pet Solutions , always have great sales and shipping is lightning quick. Never had a bad experience with them (since 2005). Also a fan of Bulk Reef Supply only a couple orders but good experience.

i just tried reefcorals.com he is very picky about shipping during the winter but will send to the Fedex hub near Robinson. I'm picking mine up tomorrow and I will let you know how it goes.

Has anyone had experience ordering from TB Aquatics? Queried them for some lighting yesterday and felt like they gave quality customer service. Thanks, P

Well, he made me wait a week because it was too cold to ship to my house, understandably, but he would ship to Fedex in Robinson for pick-up which I was fine with. He said on the phone he was going to ship out on Monday so I made plans to leave work early and go to Fedex. By 1pm I had not gotten a tracking number so I called him. He gave me the same speech that he gave me a week before about the weather, then I reminded him of our conversation the previous Friday of him shipping to fedex HUB on Monday. He acted like he didn't know who I was so I asked how many people from Sputh Park Pennsylvania he ships to on a daily or weekly basis. Anyway, he says he will ship them on Wed for Thursday pickup at Fedex so corals don't freeze in the truck or sitting on my doorstep. I said ok. I got the tracking number on Thursday am and they are headed for MY HOUSE in the freezing cold. I had to make 3 calls to fedex to ensure that they get held at the facility for pickup. I picked them up and brought them home, although alive, they most certainly were NOT wysywig and were falling off the plugs, I also still can not tell if I got the correct corals. 3 of them I'm not sure of and probably won't be for a couple weeks.

It just seemed as if they aren't very organized. I ordered from MR Coral 5 days after this guy and I got Mr Coral's shipment 3 days before him.

Time will tell if these frags turn out to be what they are supposed to be.

Also, he never sent the confirmation email after purchase nor was I able to log in to the site to review my account and order.
