what are these? ID please

i cant get a picture, but little neon green things, maybe an inch long for the biggest ones are growing in my tank. they look like little bananas and are all fizzy. they are growing on my live rock.

is this the algae in Q?

if this is it, it's not usually a bad alga. it pops up, usually
lives for a couple of months, then dies out. it could pop
back up in the future too. some have kept it for much longer
but that's not the norm. it's a slightly calcerous algae that
i've never heard (or experienced) as getting to pest
proportions. i'd say enjoy it while you have it.
