What clam would do well with my lighting ?

I would like to get a clam in the future, but am not sure which type to go for. I have a 46g with 2 x 175w MH (14k.)

Any suggestions as to which type of clam I should choose ? How big do the smaller ones get to ?

I think you would be fine with any type of clam. If you get a Maxima I would just suggest putting it higher up on the rocks. I would suggest a Deresa as a nice easy starter clam. Try not to get anything too small because they tend to need more attention.
