what did you guys did or buy for your tank today

I stopped and took the time to admire the simple beauty of it all. I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in the upkeep and maintenance of our little slices of heaven that we forget to take a step back and just look at what our hard work and diligence has brought to fruition.

I bought a 6lb piece of Marshall Islands Live Rock last week and last night I noticed three crabs. One about the size of my thumb nail the other two about the size of my pinky fingernail. They kind of look like porcelain crabs but I not sure. Soon I'll post pics to try and get an I.D.....awesome though!

Not today, but last Friday picked up a Toadstool and an Acan frag with about 5 mouths. Since then they've been doing great!

I built a med size pillar with a large cliff that protrudes out to what will be the center of the tank to cover w zoas..... I would love to post a pic but I don't know how to on my I phone, I'm a lil slow

:) That is exactly what I did during the change. Had a beer !

I'll admit the most effort is pouring the box of salt into the mixing container but I did that last week so it sounds a lot tougher than it really was...

I collected a bunch of tiny fish fry in the bay at my marina and fed them to my fish. I am surprised my copperband was able to eat them but he was the largest diner.

Order came in for my tanks,, hob aquaclear 70 for my daughter 29gl high african cichlid tank mbunas,, filter media and prime for my 150gl african haps and peacock tank, and a r2 extreme moonlight for my 55gl saltwater tank and also change the bulb to a 460mn bluelight in the saltwater tank coralife t5 fixture , :idea:adding another fixture later on down the line, zoas looking good, just one frag, just started with the 55gl...:fish1:
