what do you guys think of this?

im setting up a 20 long macroalgae tank i have a few reef tanks and i want to do something new and unique.im thinking of some smaonia pink sand, or indo pacific sand, 25lbs o live rock, hardy macro algae,either a red angler fish or a group of yellow head jaw fish and some gobys. my ? is what macro algaes are hardy and if i should either do a 65 watt P.C, a dual strip flourescent putting out about 40 w(since its a shallow tank),or 2 65 watt P.C.
I just dont want to much light,also Mangroves?

dual strip should be fine, let you have different bulbs at lower price, try a variety of algaes as their hardiness can vary with the tank, lighting and water, ask LFS what grows good in your area...
