I added a Torch and Kessil a350w this week. My 2 part dosing kit from BRS should be on the porch when I get off of work today!

Got my glass from H & H. Siliconed it in the sump.

I finally gave in and ordered a ecotech mp40 since there on sale, sick of cheap powerheads. Should be plenty flow for 90 cube

i cleaned up some water spillage this morning... my filter sock overflowed and it was angeled out of the sump... result... about 7 gallons on the floor... durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Just setup a Santa Monica HOG 1x Upflow Algae Scrubber on my 180. Picked it up at TCR

If it performs well I might purchase one with a larger footprint and put this one on the 120 or the QT.

How noisy is it? I'm thinking of the HOG1 for my 57g. But I don't want it to be too loud. Is it the airline that's noisy?

Yes, it's the airline that is noisy, with a bubbling sound. Not terrible, but slightly annoying as the tank is in my office.
