What have you done with your tank lately?

added my carbon reactor and all the SPS in the tank really perked up. I cleaned the glass and cut tops for the tank, they fit like a glove. I also mounted my probes in a better place, mounted the ATO level in a stable place, and added kalkwasser to the ATO.

I adjusted the lights to peak earlier and run just a bit longer.
I had a great chicken sandwich, homemade chips and ice cream. was a good day.
Things are coming along.

Thanks, it's going to be a bit before that happens though. I'm not quite on the Nanook time frame for starting a reef tank, but I'm going slow.

Wanting to get water in it sometime next month, but have to figure out some plumbing first.
 
I cleaned my skimmer cup, checked some stuff out and took some bad pictures of my acan garden. the glass is dirty, I didn't want them to close up before the pictures. My yellow wrasse sleeps under the big OJ one, :p

I picked a friend up who went to the city for the weekend, it was a perfect excuse to go coral shopping! Picked up a nice bright red Bowerbanki from Lee. We also went by Gateway and picked up my auction wins, a Jason Fox Rainbow Delight chalice and frag of bright Oddball orange zoa's. The Jason fox frag is on the tiny size lol, but I love auctions :D and its pretty cool looking. I'll post some pic's once they puff up later this week.
 
This weekend I setup my CA reactor. Now to see where my levels are trending. The reactor has been stable the last 48 hours.
 
sealed my acrylic sump which i managed to crack when i moved it to my house.
used some weldon 4 and glued another piece of acrylic over it with some weldon 16.
 
Bought a new light for my tank. I am picking up lumber to finish my stand this evening too, if everything works out.
 
I moved my tank 5 feet and my return pump decided it wasn't having it lol. And I started the Aqua scape on the 300.
 
Just to put things in a proper time perspective, here is the light he is upgrading from, which was state of the art when he started.
