Very nice!!
Quick question and I hope I'm wrong here but are those two 45 degree elbows on the right side your return from the sump? I really hope they are a closed loop or something. If not then be careful when the power goes out half of your tank water will drain into your sump and that could be a big mess.
an animal trying to go thru my overflow and getting water on the floor.
Unfortunately RBTAs like to go on walkabouts too.
Got some stuff in from Marine Depot today.
New impeller for the G2,thing runs like a new skimmer.Cant believe I havent ordered one before now. prolly because I didnt know how it should run in the 1st place.
Got a TLF 150 to start running GFO on the nano.
Also picked up an O ring for the Remora skimmer Dsmack sold me. I put a MJ 1200 on it and it was rattling a bit so I called AquaC and he told me how to fix it with a little super glue. It worked perfect, all is quiet now.
Grabbed a float switch to DIY an ATO for the nano. Will get that made tomorrow and try it out.
Also traded in the H. Mag at Seascape and picked up a real nice RBTA. hes been in the tank for 5 hours now and hes still where I put him! Feels good knowing I can go to bed without having to worry about an animal trying to go thru my overflow and getting water on the floor.

Where'd you put the glue? I had this problem, never figured it out. Finally got a new pump.
Not like the Mag I had though
I had to superglue the magnet to the impeller. That way the back pressure dont make the seperate pieces rattle. This only happens with the newer marineland MJs and not the cobalt because the redesigned their impellers to have those seperate pieces.
