What Is Good Lighting To Keep Sps & Softy Happy

WHAT IS GOOD LIGHTING TO KEEP SPS & SOFTY HAPPY. I HAVE A 90 GALLON. CAN DO 175 OR 250 HALIDE. WOULD 175 METAL HALIDE DO IT WITH 220 WATTS OF PC LIGHT AND WHAT PCS WOULD YOU USE. AND IS 14K BETTER OR 10K. THANK YOU JOSH

I would go with 250w halides (10k XM's) and all actinic for the PC's.

I'm doin 3X250 watt hqis on my 125 and i dont think the
SPS can take it half the time. Some do great and some bleach out a little bit. The softies like poyps especialy sit real low on the surface its attached to. I would much rather being doing a MH+PC combo right now with the same watts per gallon.
