What is my clown doing?!?

Besides looking a bit weird, what is my male clown doing? He literally took in half an inch and sucked on it a couple times. Is this normal behavior?

sometimes when clowns host in anem's and other things they often bite the tentacles, I'm sure that is all he was doing. Why he does that I don't know if anyone knows. I wouldn't worry
