What is on my Naso Tangs tail?

Sorry its not the best picture but i picked this guy up about 6 days ago. He is currently in my quarantine/hospital tank.

It appears there is a white flake following his tail around.

Lymphocystis. Nothing to worry about.

Most likely, especially if the LFS runs copper in the system he came from.
But the picture is too blurry to rule out a crustacean hitchhiker or parasite.
