what is the best spot for my sps

I just got a birdsnest and a pink milli From DR Mac where is the best place to put them should I start them on the bed and move them up or just put them hi in the tank from the get go dr mac uses 400 20k
and I have 250 12k

You should start them on the sand bed and move them up over time.. If you put them up real high they might bleach from the stress...
