What is this? Pictures!

Does anyone have any clue what this is? I found it hanging out of a piece of LR I had cooking in a tank.

I moved the rock to another tank because I am breaking down the tank I had it cooking in and turning it into a frag tank. The bubble looking things are new since I moved it. There was only one big bubble on the end yesterday.

I don't have any idea, but I'll give you a bump because I'm really curious to find out what the heck it is.

It is strange... The bubbles up top are turning more yellowish now. It is about 2 inches long if that helps anyone.

Driftwood, that pic you posted looks more like a peanut worm than a Clubbed Tunicate. Although all you ever see of peanut worms is the narrow end.

It almost looks like times that i've seen things die in a tank and have mold growing on them. I do agree it looks like there is something in that end part.
