Any of the fairy wrasses would do well in a tank that size.
I have a couple of borbonius anthias as well. If you live close by me, you are welcome to stop by. Then you could decide which ones would work for you.

You have some of my favorite fish on your want list. Personally, I would go with the Cave Basslet and the Peppermint Hogfish. I am not sure whether you have seen the Cave Basslet in person, but IMO, their coloration is fantastic.

My vote is for the hogfish but the Cave basslet is very nice also.
