Adding two SeaSwirls to each corner on a closed loop for a 225 gallon 72" Length, 24" Width and 30" Height SeaClear Acrylic.

Any recommendations on which size SeaSwirl to pick?

Also which size Velocity to go with them?

Closed loop will have Y output to feed both SeaSwirls.

Also considering Sequence pumps, however, I hear Velocity is a quieter pump?

Always appreciative, thank you

What coral do you want to keep? If you want SPS and you are going closed loop for flow to the Sea Swirls, then it would make sense to go for the 1" (link didn't work for me but I think 1" is the largest available) with a pump output that does not exceed the total Sea Swirls maximum flow rate. If you don't want SPS and/or want to run a smaller pump to reduce electricity consumption then 3/4" would be a good choice. I run two 3/4" Swirls on an 1180 gph return pump on a 72" tank that is 6"narrower than yours and they provide a good amount of water movement.
