What to do for lighting

I am going to be picking up 300 gallon in a week. I don't know what to do for lighting. I have 2 gen 1 radions and one gen2. Also have an ATI dimmable sunpower 48x8. Neither option will suffice by themselves. Looking at maybe doing some sort of hybrid option but I don't know
If I keep the radions I have to at least upgrade them all so they have matching color options and the fans could use replacing. I just don't know if I try to sell all of it and buy something else or sell the ati upgrades the radions and buy the aqua life hybrid. Or if I sell everything and try to get an ati sunpower with nanobox retro. I think the tank will probably be a mixed reef.
Any advice would be great
Thanks :hmm3:

Best Bet would be Mitras lamps, 3 minimum. Not Cheap
Otherwise Reefbreeder's has been doing well on mine.
Keeping & upgrading by using the ATI is most likely the least expensive way

Depends what your going to keep, how bad shape there in, how long they been running...
For softies, LPS, maybe some top oriented SPS, do you need to upgrade. If your Radions are in OK working order they should each do a 24x24x24 cube and you have three, you need a couple of extra inches deep, maybe maximize intensity....In assume these same lights grow corals in the old system.

To redo lighting for this tank, gotta be in the 1500 range, or CBB in the 500 range.
If you go this way start real low or you may cook some.

I think I am going to try to run the aquatic life t5 hybrid fixture with 2 gen 2 randiosn and 2 gen 1 radions. Plans for the tank is a mixed reef and I will place corals that need the higher light output high up and under the radions. Hoping that I can get the different generations of radions to color as close as possible color wise so it’s not completely obvious that they are different lights. The lights are all getting a fan replace just to be safe some are starting to stick a little. Lights are older but were not in use the whole tome they were in a box for about 3 years while we moved and got settled in.
