What to do with a 120 gallon tank and a skimmer?

Hey guys
so i'm not new to the whole thing. i've had freshwater for over 15 years but i decided to move to Saltwater... good so

i've got a 120 gallon tank with tons of live rock
2X 2217 EHEIM canister filters
2X circulating pumps heater and T5 HO lighting.

my idea is to eventually run a beautiful reef tank but we are most likely gonna move in about a year or two so i don't wanna commit too much. (maybe you think it's easy to move a fully stocked reef tank, please share your experience) i'm also thinking lionfish and hippo and yellow tangs and clownfish. are there any fish out there that absolutely require a skimmer if you're not planning to do frequent water changes?

SO i decided on fish and live rocks for now... i've got a snowball damselfish in there as my first to try it out... been doing great

BUT, i was at the store the other day and they had a tent sale,,, t hey had this Canadian made protein skimmer SWC... HOT ... for a VEEERRRYYYYY good price so i jumped on it... i did not add it to the tank cause i simply do not need it yet... i might later but now that i have options, what do you think i should do? sell it n make some money? keep it?

just share some ideas here please.... i'd LOVE an anemone as host for my clownfish?

anyways yeah so this is just like a brainstorming kind of thread.... go! and thanks very much for your time.
