what to feed SPS

I have been wondering if I will get better growth & color from my SPS if I feed them. If so, what do you suggest I feed them?

Is BRS red chili or Ocean Nutrition nano coral food good?

thanks

Yes, in my opinion and experience, you will get better growth and color with feeding.

SPS like zooplankton. Freeze dried zooplankton (Reef Chili, Coral Frenzy) are particulary convenient and I also like the Reef Nutrition RotiFeast product ("fresh" / not dried zooplankton). Reef Nutrion's Oyster Feast is also another "fresh" sps food which really gets polyps excited with its "burst cell" (ground up oyster ovaries) attribute.

How about rods food? I know some don't like it, but it has a lot of stuff in it and my tank loves it.

I feed cyclops and rotifers twice a week, and amino acids daily. I think it helps with growth and color, especially in a low nutrient environment. Thinking of trying oyster feast sometime as well, as I've heard nothing but good things.
