What to replace in my 6060s?

I have two 6060s that I have been running in an all SPS, high calcium tank for quite some time now. They don't seem to have the same "umph" that they had when they were new.
What replacement parts should I order to give them a good rebuild to make them like new again?

A thorough cleaning should restore most of it, completely dissassemble the pump and soak it in vinegar overnight. The only part to replace if you felt the need is part 6080.60.

Where can I buy the 6080.60? My pump has started to "hum" in my tank even after a good cleaning and soak in vinegar.
