First appears to be a male but it needs a full shot profile view to be sure.
If it's the same as the third then it's just the angle of the picture leading to the appearance.
Second doesn't show much of anything.
Third is a female or slow developing male.
Can't tell the health by the pictures.
Species may be erectus due to the full bodied chest on the third picture.
You really need better pictures, especially profile views, close-up, with detail, showing coronet detail clearly, body spines, markings etc....

I hope there is a guard around the heater part of the heater.

+1 Seahorses can't detect heat radiating off things like other animals, it can/will burn itself on the heater without a guard if it tries to use it as a hitch. In a pinch you could make a guard out of PVC.
